| How do I register? |

If you are registering for the first time, click on the Register link appearing below the LOGIN button, in the Login section under the Main menu. This will bring you to the Registration form. Write your first and last name in the NAME field. Write your email address in the corresponding field. Make sure that your email address is valid and correctly spelled, Choose a username that you will easily remember and write it in the username field. Choose a password that you can easily remember and write it in the password field. Retype it in the Verify password field (if you ever lose or forget your password, there is a way to get a new one from the system. Please refer to this Site FAQ to get explanations on how to do it). Write down your six digits Employee ID in the corresponding field. Your ID appears on your deposit notice. To prevent spamming or unwanted registrations, you have to manually reproduce the 5 characters Security code shown.
Your first name, last name and Employee ID are required for the approbation process. They will also be used to grant you the required access to your Pension plan's documents. The given information will not be used anywhere else, nor sent to anyone. Please verify that all your information is correct. Hovering with your mouse on the blue INFO icon will show you additional help. Click on the Send Registration button. At first, you will gain access to the private section of the website and some documents regarding your pension plan will be available. After your registration has been successfully verified by an Administrator, you will be granted full access to all of the documents concerning your pension plan. There may be a length of time between the moment we receive your registration form and the complete approbation of your account.
